Rosedale is a picturesque valley in the heart of the North York Moors national park.
Villages and hamlets in the Rosedale include Low Bell End, Rosedale East, Rosedale Abbey (from where a steep road ascends the infamous Chimney Bank - climbing out of the valley and on to Hutton-le-Hole), and Hartoft End.
